On a picturesque site at the fringe of Anderlecht, Robbrecht en Daem architecten will build a new house for the Steiner School Brussel. The design proposes a horizontal line-up at the high-end of the plot, added up with an outpost overlooking a terraced landscape. A wintergarden as a buffer between the place where children can root and the outdoors where they can safely learn to swarm out with a backpack full of experience.

Robbrecht en Daem architecten has won the competition together with Mouton (structural engineering), Daidalos Peutz (building physics), Boydens (mep) and Mint (mobility).
