BELGIAN PRIZE FOR ARCHITECTURE 2013

We are delighted to announce that the ‘Market Hall and central squares in Ghent’ by Robbrecht en Daem and MJosé Van Hee architecten was awarded the Belgian Prize for Architecture 2013 on December 10th.

The Belgian Prize for Architecture & Energy is organized by the FAB (Koninklijke Federatie
van Architectenverenigingen van België) and Electrabel GDF-SUEZ with the collaboration of Orde van Architecten, AR-CO, VAi, CIVA, BVA, ARiB and UWA & with the support of the federal and regional governments.

In total, 21 projects in 5 categories were nominated for the Prize by an international expert jury (Emanuel Christ, Shelley McNamara, Oscar Rommens, Oana Bogdan & Luc Dutilleux).

All projects are published in the official catalogue of the Prize, A+ 245.
